Rick Riccoboni, Chairman, President, CEO, and founder holds a BBS degree from Canisius College. Mr. Riccoboni has nearly 30 years experience in telephony sales and manufacturing, including New York Telephone Company. He founded Dial Communications, a business telephone service provider, followed by Eagle Telephonics, which became the industry leader for Centrex applications for 5 of the 7 RBOCS, capturing more than 4.5 million of the 6 million lines of Centrex in use in the United States.
Alex Wenger, Secretary, Executive VP, CTO, and founder studied Electrical Engineering at Illinois Institute of Technology. He has extensive experience in both hardware and software design, including electronic countermeasures controllers, test equipment for missile systems, E-2 Avionics, submarine transmitters, and military field telephone systems. Before founding Eagle, Mr. Wenger was for 4 years Vice President of Engineering for Bruno-New York Industries, Inc., a military weaponry specialist firm.
Don H. Coleman, COO, holds BA. and MBA degrees from Stanford University. Mr. Coleman is a partner in International Communication Technologies, a founder and partner of three private phone companies and a cable TV company in four foreign countries. He was CEO of Liquid Spring Technologies, CEO of Clarion Corporation of America, and spent fourteen years at Ford Motor Company. He is on the Board of Directors of Cascade General Corporation (Portland Shipyard).
Frederic H. Chapus, Vice President Strategy, has 25 years of management of multi-media business in Europe and the U.S in the group Europe 1/Hachette/Matra. He was member of the Board of several media companies, VP of TeleFrance USA, and general Manager of TVCS, in charge of Canal Plus Pay TV project. As President of International Communication Technologies, Mr. Chapus is involved as member of the board and an executive in various telecommunication companies in emerging markets. He is on the Board of Satellite Terminal Access, a developer of a low cost satellite telecommunication system in partnership with France -Telecom and Titan Wireless, both of whom together with Alcatel Space are strategic partner/customers of Eagle.
Abdul Abumusallam, Vice President of Engineering, is a BSEE graduate of the State University of New York - Stony Brook. Prior to attaining his present position he has spent thirteen years at Eagle as a Design Engineer, Senior Design Engineer, and Director of Engineering,. Mr. Abumusallam was a designer of the Eagle Secure Phone currently in use by the U.S. government, the Centrex phone, early Caller I.D. development, and a principal designer of the Eagle DSCO switch. He currently directs Eagle's VOIP, Ethernet, ISDN, SS7, and Fixed Wireless Local Loop projects.
Paul Neumann, Director of Software, has a BA degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the State University of New York - Potsdam. He has 20 years of software development and integration experience with microprocessor based systems. His recent accomplishments with Eagle include the integration of the Real-Time Debit Billing system and a Windows NT version of SS7 using the Eagle Protocol System.
